Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled appointment date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund. No shows will not receive a refund. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
